From handling all the details on the day - setup to ceremony, cocktails to dinner, and everything in between. We handle it all so you can relax and enjoy your day stress free. For couples who have meticulously planned their wedding day, this package ensures flawless execution and wedding management on the day from beginning to end. We manage all details from setting up and coordinating the ceremony to overseeing the entire reception, making sure everything flows seamlessly. through to the final send off - all expertly handled, including the teardown of decor and leaving the venue spotless! *Additional travel rates may apply. *Price subject to GST

This package is designed for couples who have planned all the arrangements but would like professional support and take over in the final weeks leading up to the big day. Starting 4-6 weeks before your wedding, we wrap up the final planning, communicate with vendors, and ensure every detail is in place. This service includes coordination of your ceremony rehearsal and day of management-from setup through to the start of your dance floor party! Up to 12 hours. *Price subject to GST

These are additional services that can be added on to any of the packages above or booked on their own to assist with your big day! *Prices subject to GST
We will be present at your ceremony rehearsal to assist with going through it with or without your officiant/commissioner/pastor etc.. This is a one hour on-site service.
We will meet at your venue to walk through it together. This can be done at any point of your planning before the big day. This is great to get an idea on ways to create the vision, the best floor plan and to brainstorm ways to utilize the space together.
For the diy couple who have everything planned but don't want the stress of setting up and taking down their ceremony and/or reception decor. Starting rate based on both set up & take down. Services can be booked separately, inquire about individual rates. *We are not responsible for any cleaning, sweeping, mopping or opening and locking of venues* *Additional travel charges may apply. *Price subject to GST
