For the diy Bride & Groom who have everything planned but don't want the stress of setting up and taking down their ceremony and/or reception decor. Starting rate based on both set up & take down. Services can be booked separately, inquire about individual rates. *We are not responsible for any cleaning, sweeping, mopping or opening and locking of venues* *Additional charges may apply for travel, hours, chair covers and/or tie backs, lights & set up/take down of actual tables and chairs*

-One on-site professional coordinator & if needed one assistant to set up and take down your decor
-Includes a total of (5) hours
-Unlimited contact of emails and phone calls regarding your decor
-Advice on wedding decor
*Not including ceiling drapings. Decor must already be at site & have own vehicle to transport the decor at end of night.
These are additional services that can be added on to any of the packages above or booked on their own to assist with your big day!
We will be present at your ceremony rehearsal to assist with going through it. This is a one hour on site service. If more time is required, additional rates will apply.
We will show up to your venue to set up your DIY wedding decor for you according to how you would like it to be set up from either mock photos or a list. Additional rates for setting up tables, chairs, chair covers, tie backs, sashes, backdrops, lights and additional time or assistance. Decor must be on site ready to go.
We will take down all your decor at the end of the evening, pack it up & place into to a vehichle for you to transport. Price starts at $250 with additional costs if tables, chairs, chair covers, tie backs, lights, backdrops or extra assistance is required. (We are not responsible for cleaning floors, garbage or packing up liquor.)
