This package is for the Bride & Groom who would like to plan their special day with assistance along the way with preparations for the big day. It offers support for key elements while allowing the couple to still manage other aspects independently. It provides couples with face-to-face guidance for selected components, ensuring effective communication and personalized attention throughout the planning process. This also includes everything from the month of package. *Price subject to GST.

Month of Coordination
This package is for the Bride & Groom who have planned all the arrangements but would like someone to step in the month leading up to the day to tie together all the final details and take away the stress! This service starts 4-6 weeks leading up to your big day and includes your day of coordinating. Take down option avaiable to add on to this package for an additional cost. *Additional travel rates may apply. *Price subject to GST

Day Of Coordination
This package is for the Bride & Groom who have planned all the details for their wedding but would like someone to assist in executing their day & know they don’t need to worry or stress about everything running smoothly! We do offer customized packages as well. Ceremony rehearsal assistance & take down option available to add on to this package for additional costs. *Additional travel rates may apply. *Price subject to GST

Hourly Coordination
This is a great option for the Bride & Groom who have planned all the details for their wedding but would like someone to assist in executing a partial part of their day to know they don’t need to worry or stress about everything running smoothly! Minimum booking of 5 hours. *Additional travel rates may apply. *Price subject to GST

DIY Decor Set up & Take down
For the diy Bride & Groom who have everything planned but don't want the stress of setting up and taking down their ceremony and/or reception decor. Starting rate based on both set up & take down. Services can be booked separately, inquire about individual rates. *We are not responsible for any cleaning, sweeping, mopping or opening and locking of venues* *Additional charges may apply for late night take down or travel rates. *Price subject to GST
Package Includes:
*Starting at $900
-One meeting to learn about your vision, plans & decor details
-One on-site licensed & WPIC certified professional coordinator
-One assistant included if needed
-Includes a total of (5) hours
-Unlimited contact through email regarding your decor
-Advice & suggestions on wedding decor
*Not including ceiling drapings or lights. Decor must already be at site and have own vehicle to pack & transport the decor into at end of night
A La Carte Options
These are additional services that can be added on to any of the packages above or booked on their own to assist with your big day! *Prices subject to GST
Ceremony Rehearsal Assistance
$150+
We will be present at your ceremony rehearsal to assist with going through it with or without your officiant/commissioner/pastor etc.. This is a one hour on-site service. If more time is required, additional rates may apply.
DIY Decor Set Up
$500+
We will show up to your venue to set up your DIY wedding decor for you according to how you would like it to be set up from either mock photos or a list.
*Additional rates for setting up more than one location, set up of actual tables, chairs, chair covers, tie backs, sashes, backdrops, lights, and additional time or assistance. Decor must be on site ready to go.
Wedding Take down
$600+
We will take down all your decor at the end of the evening, pack it up & place into a vehichle for you to transport.
*Additional costs if tables, chairs, chair covers, tie backs, lights, late night take down, glassware, backdrops or extra assistance is required. (We are not responsible for cleaning floors, janitoral duties, garbage, packing up liquor or locking up venues.)
Venue Walk Through
$150+
We will meet at your venue to walk through it together. This can be done at any point of your planning before the big day. This is great to get an idea for a floor plan or to brainstorm ways to use the space.
